Externally, the property offers an outdoor area and parking for two vehicles. There are also laundry facilities on site. Available from 30th August 2026 to April 2027 on a fully furnished and equipped basis. Not suitable for pets and strictly no smokers. The rent is inclusive of all bills with the exception of the TV licence.
